There are a few things that that spouse can learn...
1) Woman should also be able to be involved in the workforce and still be considered a good parent. There is no need to choose between doing housework or having a profession.
2) Housework can be shared and both parents can take a turn taking the children to school and additional activities.
3) Both the husband and wife need time for themselves. Parenting is important but everyone needs down time to recharge.
4) Both parents play an equally important role in their children’s lives.
